Equation have got an amazing month of fundraising planned. We’ve already had people jumping out of planes for us and we’ve still got marathon runners, lunching ladies and wild warriors to come. Not to mention some incredibly talented women performing for us! And it’s not too late to get involved…

Fundraising is a fundamental part of our work. There are so many benefits to fundraising – for everyone involved – from publicity and awareness raising for Equation to keeping fit and getting involved in your community for the fundraiser. Robin Hood (Half) Marathon – September 25th 2016

Nottingham’s iconic Robin Hood marathon includes distances from the full 26 miles down to a mini children’s marathon and anything in between.

Ladies Lunch – September 22nd 2016

With a feast of music and magic entertainment the High Sheriff of Nottingham, Judy Naaké, invites you to attend her Ladies Lunch in aid of Equation. Taking place in the lovely surroundings of the Walled Garden attached to the Manor House on Beeston Fields.

Women Got Talent – September 29th 2016

A fantastic evening of fun and entertainment at The Maze with all proceeds going towards Equation. The night will be celebrating the talented women of Nottingham with an all-women line up including Hattie Hatstar, Just Jude and a range of acts from spoken word poetry, music, comedy and more.

Wild Warrior – October 1st 2016

Wild Warrior eXtreme 5k or 10k mud run and obstacle race; Wild Warrior has risen to the challenge to become the ultimate mud run, and was voted men’s fitness obstacle race of the year. Challenge yourself to tackle this wild mud run, its muddy good fun!

16 Days of Activism – November 25th 2016

Later this year we’ve got 16 days of incredible events and activities to support the UN’s 16 Days of Activism against Gender-Based Violence. We’ll be raising awareness and funds to support Equation’s work in Nottingham. From White Ribbon Pledges and Orange Clothes Days at work, to arts, theatre, music and film, there’ll be a way for everyone to get involved.
